Smoked Oyster Dip


  • 250g Australian continental-style cottage cheese
  • 1 x 105g can smoked oysters, drained and mashed
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh chives
  • ground black pepper, to taste

  1. Blend all ingredients together and spoon into a serving dish. Serve with crackers or vegetable crudites.
