Salmon Ricotta Dip

Serves 6, Makes 2 cups


  • 500g Australian ricotta cheese
  • 1 x 210g can salmon, drained
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped spring onions
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (preferably whole egg mayonnaise)
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • salt and cayenne pepper, to taste
  • chopped spring onions, extra, for garnish

  1. Beat all ingredients together until well combined. Spoon into a serving bowl and garnish with extra chopped spring onions. Serve with crackers and vegetable sticks.
