Salmon Cutlets with Mustard Cream (Microwave)

Serves 4


  • 300ml Australian cream
  • 2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
  • 4 salmon cutlets

  1. Place cream in a large bowl. Cook on High for 8 minutes. Stir in mustard. Place salmon on a plate, cover with plastic wrap and cook for 2 minutes. Allow to stand covered for a few minutes. Serve sauce over salmon.
