Salmon and Yogurt Dip

Makes 1 1/2 cups


  • 1 cup Australian natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 x 105g can red or pink salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
  • cracked black pepper, to taste

  1. Beat all ingredients together until smooth. Serve with crackers and vegetable sticks.
