Ingredients

  • 250g plain sponge cake, finely crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Australian thickened cream
  • 100g dark chocolate, melted
  • 2 tablespoons rum
  • 1 cup ground almonds
  • flaked almonds, roughly chopped

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients together except flaked almonds. Roll into approximately 2cm balls. Roll in flaked almonds. Refrigerate until firm.
