Ricotta and Apple Jaffle

  • Filling:
  • 60g Australian ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon grated apple
  • 1 tablespoon toasted almonds
  • 2 slices of bread, lightly buttered
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, for dusting
  • 2 teaspoons caster sugar, for dusting

  1. Combine all filling ingredients in a small bowl, mix thoroughly. Use as a filling in a jaffle iron. NOTE - place buttered bread in direct contact to jaffle iron in order to prevent sticking. Dust with sugar and cinnamon.
