Quickest Fruit Cake


  • 500 grams chopped fruit mix
  • 2 cups self raising flour (sifted)
  • 600 ml chocolate Big M

  1. 1. Soak fruit in Big M for 2-3 hours.
  2. 2. Stir flour into fruit mixture, and pour into a lined square cake tin.
  3. 3. Cook at 180°C for one hour, cool in tin before turning out.
