Quick Whip Chocolate Mousse

Serves 4


  • 200g choc bits or chopped chocolate
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup Australian sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  1. Place choc bits, egg and vanilla in a food processor and blend until combined. Heat the sour cream and sugar in a saucepan until almost boiling, and gradually add to chocolate mixture, while food processor is operating. Blend until smooth. Pour into parfait glasses and refrigerate until set.
