  • 2/3 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup Australian milk
  • 1 tablespoon sultanas

  1. Cooked in a 650 watt microwave oven on high (100%). Mix the oats and milk in the bowl and add sultanas. Cook 2 minutes. Stir before eating.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon
  4. Add grated apple instead of sultanas
  5. |NOTE|The bowl will be hot because of contact with the porridge. Hold around edges, or better still, put the bowl into a bread basket before putting into the microwave oven to cook.
