Prawn and Scallop Skewers with Piquant Yogurt Sauce

Serves 4


  • 250g green prawns, shelled
  • 250g scallops, debearded
  • 1 red pepper, cut into cubes
  • 1 spring onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup Australian non-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cornflour

  1. Thread the prawns, scallops and red pepper cubes onto skewers. Pan fry in a non stick pan or char grill for 2 minutes on each side or until cooked. Remove from pan and keep warm. Saute spring onion and garlic in the pan until softened. Combine the remaining ingredients together and add to the pan. Simmer gently until heated through and drizzle sauce over the seafood. Serve immediately.
