Winter warming porridge with banana and cinnamon in under 1 minute.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups 1-minute oats
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons sultanas
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • cinnamon, to sprinkle
  • Milk, extra

METHOD

  1. Heat oats, milk and sultanas in saucepan, over low heat, stirring continuously.
  2. Simmer for 1 minute or until mixture has thickened and oats are tender.
  3. Serve immediately with banana, honey, cinnamon and extra milk.

HANDY TIPS

For a fruity porridge, stir in banana or grated apple with the milk.
