Poached Fish with Vegetable Sauce

  • 1 packet Spring Vegetable instant soup
  • 250ml Australian milk
  • 2 fillets Sea Perch, or any white fish fillet

  1. Blend soup mix with milk in a shallow frypan, gently bring to boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add fish fillets and gently poach for 3-4 minutes or until fish easily flakes apart. Serve fish and vegetable sauce on a bed of rice.
