Peach Yogurt Trifle Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sponge cake, cut into cubes
  • 425g can peach slices, juice reserved
  • 500g Australian fruit yogurt
  • 1/4 cup toasted muesli

Method

  1. Place the sponge cubes into 4 individual glasses and drizzle with reserved juice. Layer the peach slices and yogurt on top. Sprinkle with toasted muesli and refrigerate until ready to serve.
