  • 1 x 425g can peaches (no added sugar)
  • 200g Australian low fat natural yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Australian skim milk, chilled until icy
  • 1 tablespoon glace ginger
  • 1 tablespoon wheatgerm (optional)

  1. Puree peaches. Add other ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve chilled.
