Peach Crumble

  • 100g peaches, peeled and chopped, or
  • 140g peaches in natural juice, drained
  • 1 teaspoon Australian butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons bran flakes, crushed
  • Australian low fat natural yogurt, for serving

  1. Place peaches in a 1/ 2 cup-capacity dish. Combine melted butter with bran flakes and sprinkle over peaches. Cook on medium/high for 2 minutes. Serve hot with low fat natural yogurt.
