Pasta Salad with Yogurt Poppy Seed Dressing

Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 500g pasta shells, cooked
  • 150g snow peas, blanched
  • 1 x 250g punnet cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 x 425g can tuna in springwater, drained
  • POPPY SEED DRESSING
  • 1/2 cup Australian natural or reduced fat natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Method

  1. 1. Combine pasta, snow peas, cherry tomatoes and tuna in a large serving bowl.
  2. 2. Place Poppy Seed Dressing ingredients in a screw top jar and shake until well combined. Pour over salad and toss.
