Passionfruit Pears

  • 125g can passionfruit in syrup
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 4 firm pears, peeled and cored
  • 1/4 cup Australian cream
  • 1 tablespoon plain flour
  • Australian pure cream, for serving

  1. Combine passionfruit syrup and orange juice in a microwave dish. Cover and cook on High (100%) for 3 minutes. Add pears, cover and cook on High (100%) for 8-10 minutes or until cooked. Baste frequently with syrup. Remove pears and keep warm. Add cream and flour to sauce, and cook, covered, on High (100%) for 2 minutes until thickened. Pour over pears to glaze. Serve warm with a dollop of Pure Australian Cream.
