Orange Cream Betweens

  • 125g Australian butter
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup cornflour
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 20g Australian butter, extra softened
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • grated rind of 1 orange
  • 2 teaspoons orange juice

  1. Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Fold in sifted flours. Place rounded teaspoons of mixture onto a buttered baking tray and flatten slightly with a fork. Bake at 180C for 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool on a wire rack. For the orange cream, combine all ingredients until smooth. Sandwich 2 biscuits together with orange cream.
