Ingredients

  • 3 apricots, peeled and stoned
  • 200g Australian low fat apricot yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Australian buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice

Method

  1. Puree apricots with yogurt. Add buttermilk and orange juice and blend well. Serve chilled.
