Neptune's Dip with Crudites

Serves 6


  • 1 cup Australian low fat natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 x 105g can (no added salt) red or pink salmon, flaked
  • 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
  • black pepper to taste

  1. Beat all ingredients together to a smooth paste. Chill for 1 hour. Serve in individual dishes with a selection of chilled raw or blanched vegetables to use as dippers i.e. celery, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and mushrooms.
