Mustard Pepper Dip

Makes 2 cups


  • 250g Australian continental-style cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup Australian sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish relish
  • 1 tablespoon prepared French mustard
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • ground black pepper, to taste

  1. Beat cottage cheese until smooth. Fold through remaining ingredients until well combined. Spoon into a small serving bowl and serve with crackers or vegetable crudites.
