Mustard Cornbeef on Rye

Serves 6


  • 6 slices rye bread
  • 40g Australian butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 6 slices Australian Swiss-style cheese
  • 6 slices corned beef or ham
  • 3/4 cup canned sauerkraut, drained

  1. Grill one side of bread. Butter untoasted sides and spread with mustard. Top with cheese, beef and sauerkraut. Grill until cheese melts and sauerkraut is heated through.
