Mozzarella Shrimp Avocados

Serves 4


  • 1 cup ham, chopped
  • 150g fresh shrimps or 1 x 220g can shrimps, drained
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 drops tabasco sauce
  • 3/4 cup grated Australian mozzarella cheese
  • 2 avocados, halved and stones removed
  • cayenne pepper, to taste

  1. Combine ham, shrimp, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, tabasco and half the cheese. Spoon into the centre of the avocados. Top with the remaining cheese, and sprinkle with cayenne. Cook, uncovered, on High (100%) for 2 minutes or until avocados are heated through and cheese is melted.
