Microwave Hollandaise Sauce

  • 100g Australian butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • freshly gound white pepper, to taste

  1. Melt butter on High for 50 seconds. Whisk egg yolks, lemon juice and seasoning together, then whisk into melted butter. Cook on Medium for 40 seconds, whisking twice during cooking.
