Melon Starter


  • 1/4 canteloupe
  • 1/2 honeydew melon
  • 4 tablespoons preserved ginger in syrup
  • 200g Australian natural yogurt

  1. Remove skin and seeds from melons and slice thinly. Arrange alternate slices of melon onto serving plates. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Finely chop ginger and including syrup, combine with yogurt. Spoon over melon and serve as a dessert or for breakfast.
