This Indian inspired drink is so refreshing and perfect to accompany spicy foods

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup reduced fat natural yoghurt, well chilled
  • 1 cup low fat milk, well chilled
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 3/4 cup chopped fresh or canned mango
  • 1-2 drops coconut essence

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve immediately.

HANDY TIPS

Substitute the mango and coconut for 100g frozen raspberries and 1-2 drops of rosewater or 100g mixed berries Substitute mango for banana
