Luscious Fruit Smoothie

  • 1 x 220g tub peaches in mango juice, undrained
  • 1 cup Australian reduced fat milk, chilled
  • 1 cup apricot nectar
  • 1 scoop Australian vanilla ice cream
  • 2 ice cubes, crushed
  • 2 small scoops Australian vanilla ice cream, to serve, extra

  1. 1. Blend fruit until finely chopped. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until thick and frothy.
  2. 2. Serve with extra ice cream on the side of the glass.
