  • 2 pineapple rings, diced, juice reserved
  • 1/2 apple, diced
  • 1/2 peach, sliced
  • 50g grapes
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1 orange, diced

  1. For an appetising, low calorie lunch, take a container of cottage cheese and a container of prepared fruit salad packed in your school bag. For added nutrition, serve with a buttered crispbread and a glass of milk.
