Serve this tasty salad with grilled fish.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g milk cherry bocconcini
  • 4 tablespoons dukkah
  • salad of rocket leaves, thinly sliced red onion and roasted capsicum, for serving
  • 40ml lemon juice
  • 20ml olive oil

METHOD

  1. Roll bocconcini in dukkah. Add to a salad of rocket, red onion and roasted capsicum strips. Dress with combined lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil.
