Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 cup berry flavoured (or natural) yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups granola
  • 1 cup custard
  • 300g mixed berries
  • 1 mango, peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup toasted slivered almonds

Method

  1. Layer half the ingredients in the order listed, into 4 glass tumblers.
  2. Layer the remaining ingredients into the glasses, to form two layers.
  3. Serve immediately!
