Licorice Ice Cream with White Chocolate and Sesame Shards

Serves 4


  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons black sesame seeds
  • 125g white chocolate, melted
  • 200g tub Dooley's Premium Licorice Ice Cream

  1. 1. Toast seeds in a dry frypan over medium heat until white sesame seeds are golden. Transfer to a bowl and cool completely.
  2. 2. Pour melted chocolate onto a baking paper lined tray and spread into a 20cm x 12cm rectangle. Sprinkle with toasted seeds and refrigerate until set. Break into shards.
  3. 3. To serve, scoop ice cream into bowls or glasses and stud with chocolate shards.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 5 minutes Tip: Chocolate shards can be stored in an airtight container in a cool cupboard for up to a month.
