Jellied Yogurt

  • 2 teaspoons gelatine
  • 1 x 125g can peaches, juice reserved
  • 200g tub Australian peach flavoured yogurt

  1. Dissolve gelatine in peach juice over hot water and combine with yogurt. Place 1/4 of the peaches over the base of 2 individual jelly moulds and mix remaining peaches with yogurt. Put mixture into moulds and refrigerate until set. Unmould jelly onto serving dishes.
