Irish Coffee

  • hot black coffee
  • 30ml Irish whiskey
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 60ml Australian cream
  • grated nutmeg, for garnish

  1. 3/4 fill an Irish coffee glass with piping hot coffee. Stir in whiskey and sugar. Shake the cream well in the bottle before gently pouring into coffee over the front of a teaspoon. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve immediately.
