Individual Quiches

Serves 4


  • 3 eggs
  • 300ml Australian skim milk
  • 125g Australian reduced fat cheddar cheese, grated
  • Seasonings to taste
  • 1 x 310g can asparagus tips, drained
  • 2 x 15cm pita bread

  1. Beat eggs and milk together. Add cheese and season to taste. Stir in asparagus tips. Split pita bread in half, and place into buttered 10cm ramekins. Pour mixture into pita bases and bake at 180C for approximately 20 minutes or until set. Allow to cool before storing in an airtight container or freezing.
  2. Bread Slices can be substituted for pita bread.
