Hot Blue Sauce

Makes 1 cup


  • 100g Australian blue vein cheese
  • 3/4 cup Australian skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour

  1. Crumble cheese into 1/2 cup milk. Stir over a gentle heat until cheese melts. Blend cornflour with remaining milk until smooth. Add to cheese and stir until thickened. Serve over asparagus or pumpkin or as a hot salad dressing for potato salad.
