Ham and Egg Salad Bowl

Serves 4


  • 150g ham, cubed
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and halved
  • 1 capsicum, sliced
  • 1 lettuce, torn into pieces
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped spring onions
  • 2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
  • 3/4 cup Australian rich cream

  1. Combine first six ingredients in a bowl. Beat together mustard and cream and dollop onto salad. N.B. If a thinner dressing is required, substitute rich cream with thickened cream or pouring cream.
