Grilled Cinnamon Peaches with Honey Yogurt

Serves 4


  • 8 slipstone peaches
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3 Australian honey flavoured yogurt

  1. 1. Cut peaches into quarters and place in an ovenproof dish.
  2. 2. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over fruit.
  3. 3. Cook under a hot grill until sugar has melted and fruit has softened.
  4. 4. To serve, pile cooked peaches and resulting syrup into serving bowls and generously dollop with honey flavoured yogurt.

Tips / Handy Hints

This breakfast treat is delicious also with banana or mango cheeks.
