Ingredients

  • 1 x 400g can cold Australian sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped preserved ginger
  • 6 scoops Australian vanilla ice cream

Method

  1. Blend milk, water and ginger together until smooth. Pour into chilled tall glasses and top each with a scoop of ice cream.
