Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Australian reduced fat milk, chilled
  • 1/2 cup Australian low fat natural or low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup drained canned peach slices in natural juice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • cinnamon, for sprinkling

Method

  1. 1. Place ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Serve in tall, chilled glasses sprinkled with extra cinnamon.
