Garlic Butter Bread

Serves 4-6


  • 1 x 30cm French stick
  • 125g unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

  1. Slice bread diagonally into 2cm thick slices. Spread combined butter, parsley and garlic generously on both sides of each slice, pressing together to re-form a stick. Wrap in aluminium foil. Bake at 200oC for 8 - 10 minutes or until crisp.
