  • 200g Australian natural yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • fresh ground black pepper

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Serve as a salad dressing or as a sauce with barbecued meats. (The dressing can be stored in the refrigerator according to the yogurt Use-By Date).
