Garlic and Chive Dip with Pita Chips

Oozing not only simplicity but a delicious flavour, this quick dip will satisy any craving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 x 80g wholemeal pita bread
  • 200g low fat or skim natural yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup light sour cream
  • 1 small clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons finely snipped chives

METHOD

  1. Toast, grill or oven bake the whole pita bread until crisp. Cut or break into serving size pieces.
  2. Combine yoghurt, sour cream, garlic and chives to make a dip.
  3. Serve with pita chips.

HANDY TIPS
