Fruit Toast with Ricotta and Honey

  • 400g fresh seasonal fruit eg: plums, bananas, strawberries
  • 4 slices fruit bread
  • 320g fresh Australian reduced fat ricotta
  • 2 tablespoons honey

  1. 1. Cut fruit into thick wedges.
  2. 2. Toast fruit bread and top with crumbled ricotta and fruit wedges. Drizzle with honey and serve.
