INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 4 slices fruit bread
  • 400g fresh reduced fat fresh ricotta
  • 400g fresh seasonal fruit

METHOD

  1. Slice ricotta and fruit into thick wedges.
  2. Toast fruit bread and top with wedges of ricotta and fruit, then drizzle with honey.
