Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 4 slices fruit bread
  • 400g fresh reduced fat Australian fresh ricotta
  • 400g fresh seasonal fruit

Method

  1. 1. Slice ricotta and fruit into thick wedges.
  2. 2. Toast fruit bread and top with wedges of ricotta and fruit, then drizzle with honey.
