Fruity Yoghurt Smoothies

This smoothie is a perfect introduction for the kids into making their own drinks. The recipe is simple and easy, but do keep a watchful eye when they are using the blender.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g tub fruit yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries

METHOD

  1. Blend ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Pour into a chilled tall glass and serve with a straw.
