Frozen Yogurt



  • 1 x 500g Australian low-fat natural yogurt
  • 1 x 425g can apricots, drained, pureed
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated Australian milk, chilled and whipped

  1. Combine yogurt, apricot and sugar, fold in evaporated milk. Pour into an ice cream tray or container and freeze for 2 hours. Whip until frothy and refreeze for another 2 hours. Whip once more then freeze until solid. N.B. Any fruit may be substituted for apricot.
