Frozen Banana Smoothie Icecream

makes 3 cups


  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups Australian vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  1. 1. Peel Bananas.
  2. 2. Place bananas, yogurt, honey and cinnamon in a blender, put the lid on and blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into a large freezer proof container and put the lid on. Place container into the freezer and freeze for 2 hours.
  4. 4. After 2 hours, remove container from freezer, scoop the mixture back into the blender and blend again until smooth. Pour back into container, put on the lid and freeze until firm.
  5. 5. To serve, use an ice cream scoop to scoop ice cream into bowls. Enjoy!
