  • 500g Australian cream cheese
  • 100g pureed canned or fresh fruit (eg. canned apricots or fresh strawberries)
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 2 teaspoons gelatine
  • 200ml boiling water

  1. Combine the cream cheese and pureed fruit in a food processor and blend until smooth. Dissolve the sugar and gelatine in the water and blend in with the cream cheese. Pour into a bowl or individual containers and refrigerate overnight.
