Ingredients

  • 1 cup Australian skim milk
  • 1 cup strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 mango or peach, peeled, stoned and sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until desired consistency. N.B. Other soft fruits can be substituted.
