French Hot Chocolate

Induglent and heartwarming, drinking hot chocoolate from a bowl should be experienced in everyone's lifetime. Serving with buttered marmalade toast gives an amazing tarty twist.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250ml milk
  • 50g dark chocolate, chopped
  • sliced baguette, butter and marmalade, to serve

METHOD

  1. Heat milk and chocolate in a small, heavy based saucepan, stirring, until the chocolate is melted.
  2. Using a stab mixer or whisk, whip until frothy.
  3. Pour gently into a small bowl and serve with a baguette, butter and marmalade.
