French Hot Chocolate

  • 250ml Australian milk
  • 50g dark chocolate, chopped
  • sliced baguette, Australian butter and marmalade, to serve

  1. 1. Heat milk and chocolate in a small, heavy based saucepan, stirring, until the chocolate is melted.
  2. 2. Using a stab mixer or whisk, whip until frothy.
  3. 3. Pour gently into a small bowl and serve with a baguette, butter and marmalade.
